Elman on Elman

A Collection of rare Dave Elman Recordings with his son's commentaries.

In the early1950's, several ears before his better known classroom recordings of THE DAVE ELMAN COURSE IN MEDICAL HYPNOSIS, Dave Elman began releasing single recordings of hypnosis procedures for his physician-students.

He called these recordings:  The Medical Relaxation Series.   Because they were initially in 10" 78 rpm formate, only short procedures could be demonstrated.  Later, 10" LP (33-1/3 rmp) records were released containing coverage of entire subjects.

Larry Elman's Commentaries -

This set contains 14 recorded sides which are all the Dave Elman recordings located that are not part of his three larger albums.  Dave's son, Larry Elman, has carefully examined these, and provides a detailed commentary of each, along with insights into his father's classes and techniques of the 1950's.  He had attended the series three times and shares his first hand experiences
